This hotel is centrally located close to the shopping and commercial centre as well as the historical city centre. Various shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network can all be found in the immediate vicinity. The Pilar Brasilica, La Seo Cathedral as well as the river and a park lie within 900 m of the hotel. The auditorium and the congress centre are situated about 1.8 km away. Transfer to the airport takes about 20 minutes and to the train station is around 20 minutes.

Clean room, great location
This is a great option for Zaragoza. The location is perfect, walkable to all of the sights and cute areas, while a short taxi to the train station. The gym is extremely good for a hotel gym (best workout of my trip). I didn't have breakfast or try the pool, so my not mentioning them is not a slight! The room was nice and clean. horrible service never again
Clean rooms, basic but service upon check in was painfully slow. We got there at 6 pm. A front desk person checked us in then disappeared to the back of the counter and didn’t come back and left our passport on the table. Another guy checking another couple apologized and did check us in but it’s weird cause it wasn’t busy and there was only one other couple checking in at the same time. Nice hotel let down by management
Let me preface this review this is a nice hotel, brilliant location and decent value. However the staff and management need to work on their interaction with customers. The rooftop pool was closed (a reason we booked the hotel), whilst this was unfortunate leaving it to the pool guy to have to explain to upset customers was really bad management. Could have been 5/5 but 2 major ‘buts’
I loved the room & the hotel however when a hotel says it has air conditioning & the room temperature is set at 23C then this is a lie. Nice Hotel but a few issues
We visited this hotel for a family wedding, but there was a couple of issues, 1. The room was too hot and no AC 2.
