This family-friendly hotel is situated some 8 km (10 minutes) from the centre of Bilbao. The hotel lies opposite the BEC exhibition centre in Bilbao and is accessible via the A8 Santander Bilbao motorway. Ansio underground station is just 700 m away and the Max Center shopping centre is also nearby. Loiu Airport is 20 km from the hotel.

203 rooms, including 7 junior suites and 83 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.
