Clean comfortable room. Very spacious! Breakfast was a nice surprise….. individual fruit cups, granola and overnight oats (fair) and individual omelets and make your own waffles. It says Hampton Inn, but, if you are a Hilton member, don't expect the usual 'benefits' The front desk was actually proud to say they are not exactly a Hampton. They make it up by offering a nice place to stay with great views of the harbor from one side of the hotel. Great place to stay. Staff, shuttle to BH and breakfast is great. For ocean view try to get higher than 2nd floor. Terrible room, zero customer service, management needs training. No guest service recovery skills. At all. Managment did not respond to issues raised.
