We have stayed in this hotel many times when travelling to and from Santander ferry port. It’s just off the motorway. The hotel is spotless and roomy. The bar/cafeteria is excellent and the staff were very friendly. Cannot fault anything. Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant was quiet but the waitress was very friendly and welcoming and the food was nice. We had the set price meal with a bottle of wine which was good value. I also left my iPad behind and the hotel staff were so good and packaged it up ready for collection. Very impressed with the overall professionalism and helpfulness of all the staffRooms were nice and clean, comfortable beds. Good hotel. Well appointed rooms. Close to motorway. Free parking in front of hotel usually possible. Friendly & polite staff. Good bar & food. Also restaurant with extensive menu. I was traveling and I was searching for a hotel in Valladolid with a safe parking when I found this one.The parking is really safe, it has a car lift, so be aware of your height's car if you really need it. the restaurant staff keeps going, providing candlelight... (on the night, there appeared to be an electricity failure in that part of Valladolid). Excellent hotel for an overnight stop, good quality/price relation, friendly, helpful staff and a decent restaurant with some fine wines. Breakfast is hardly worth the effort.
