Modern hotel with a good location close to bus termini and the escalators that provide access to the old town. Check in was perfunctory and efficient with smiles and chats reserved for their French speaking coach tour clients. I made a reasonable complaint when checking out regarding the hotel room. Stayed 3 nights on a Leger Holidays tour.Room was ok. Had a safe (but it wasn't secured to the wall which makes it a bit pointless really) Mini bar/Fridge and hairdryer. Free air con that packed up on our last morning.Good spread at breakfast and although the restaurant gets crowded there is also an overflow room.The bad points: 1/. I am not a guest at the hotel. This hotel is in a very inconvenient location outside Toledo. It is located in the university area. It was a very hot day (93 degrees fareheit).
