  Too noisy and chaotic breakfast room.

  Our room was right below the dining room and there was chairs being moved all night long. Then again in the morning, more chair scraping noise. His made getting a good night sleep difficult. For breakfast there was a sign that said to ask for gluten free breakfast, I did but nothing was offered. Additionally, the breakfast room was overwhelmed with people and short on staff, plates; cups, food. While clean, I would not return.

  Safety problem - Really serious, Robbers wandering in and out hotel without any restrictions.

  We were members of a group tour and were waiting in the hotel Lobby sofa for the check in. TUMI Back pack on the table beside us in the Hotel lobby was taken by robbers while many were watching. We chased them, unprepared state we failed to catch them. The robbers had been wandering inside and outside hotel and waiting for us. This hotel was located a bit away from the down town and in the isolated area. The robbers stayed for long time and looked for prey. They must be noticed by hotel staff. They were active without ant restriction. Warning should be given to the customersWe suspected the hotel person conspired or at least turned a blind eye.We asked the hotel should have responsibility to prevent this kind of crime occurring inside hotel. There were no door desk , bell desk or security guard. There was only one person in the front desk. Hotel front told us that they dose not have any responsibility about the customer's safety. What a shame ! They called the police .That is all.There exist a CCTV camera in the hotel lobby recording the crime scene. But reviewing that moment of the crime in the camera was not possible. We are the one of a group tour .Now we are leaving for the next destination.I left a message to the police thatthey should watch the crime scene to prevent the future accidents.Money, and many belongs were lost and the incident occurring in the 1st day of 10 days tour was catastrophic!EUROSTAR. HOTEL should have an attitude to prevent these crimes inside the hotel. The hotel was average clean .The morning buffet provided shortage of some food. The quality is below average.

  الفندق قديم الأثاث مستهلك كذلك المفارش والسجاد خاصة في الممرات ..الافطار بسيط جدا والنظافه عموما متدنيه والمطعم ردئ وبعيد عن الخدمات لا انصح به ابدا The hotel is old, the furniture is worn out, as are the bedspreads and carpets, especially in the corridors. The breakfast is very simple ... the cleanliness in general is low. restaurant is terrible and far from services. I do not recommend it at all.

  We stayed as part of a coach tour group on a DBB basis - the hotel was reasonably located for access to Toledo and it was clean - but the food offering let them down......badly - especially the evening meals which were at the "terrible" end of the range

  This hotel is too far from downtown Toledo. There was a cemetery next door!!We were on a group tour. Our company got blistering feedbackThe pool closed Sept. 9. We were not advised. Temp. was 34 CNo outside patio furnitureNo bar. Supper was two pieces of Ham covered in a bland white sauce with a small grouping of potatoes. MacDonald's would be a step upNo coffee after dinner until our tour manager stepped Supper was awfulRoom had a tub1 pillow eachNo coffee in the room
