Too noisy and chaotic breakfast room.

Our room was right below the dining room and there was chairs being moved all night long. Then again in the morning, more chair scraping noise. His made getting a good night sleep difficult. For breakfast there was a sign that said to ask for gluten free breakfast, I did but nothing was offered. Additionally, the breakfast room was overwhelmed with people and short on staff, plates; cups, food. Wh… Our room was right below the dining room and there was chairs being moved all night long. Safety problem - Really serious, Robbers wandering in and out hotel without any restrictions.

We were members of a group tour and were waiting in the hotel Lobby sofa for the check in. TUMI Back pack on the table beside us in the Hotel lobby was taken by robbers while many were watching. We chased them, unprepared state we failed to catch them. The robbers had been wandering inside and outside hotel and waiting for us.
