Location

This elegant hotel is situated directly by the sea, on the Paseo Marítimo promenade in Puerto de la Cruz, opposite the well-known seawater swimming pool complex, Lago Martiánez. Guests may pay a visit to the small beach, Playa Martiánez, just 500 m from the hotel. The popular Plaza del Charco is only 700 m from the hotel. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with stops located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 325 rooms, including 15 single rooms and 145 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.
