Location

This stylish hotel is situated in the southern quarter of Playa de las Américas, around 350 m from the beach and 1 km from the town centre. The building is terraced and decorated with wonderful flowers. The Safari shopping and entertainment centre is around 200 m away and the public transport network 50 m away. The property is 17 km from Tenerife South Airport.

Facility

314 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
