This apartment complex is centrally located in Puerto de la Cruz, close to the Botanical Garden. The beach and the city centre are located only 1.5 km away. The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. There is a public transport stop directly by the hotel grounds.

250 rooms and 124 apartments are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. The apartment hotel offers a TV room.
