Location

This hotel is located on the south coast of Tenerife, and is at the heart of the popular tourist resort of Playa de las Americas. It is just a-5 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach as well as to the resort centre, where guests will discover a range of shopping and entertainment venues. The hotel is ideal for leisure and business travellers, offering ideal conditions for all. The Canary Island offers lush, impressive scenery, which is perfect for day trips. Links to the public transport network are about 25 m from the hotel and Tenerife's southern airport is just 14 km away.

Facility

16 suites and 192 double rooms are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, golf and horse riding. With water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include table tennis, billiards and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner.
