Location

The hotel is centrally located in the attractive old town, at the end of the pedestrianised area. Various shopping and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. The attractive promenade and César Manrique, with its saltwater swimming baths, 8 bathing lakes and an artificial island are 5-10 minutes away. Playa Jardin is some 400 m from the hotel. There is a bus stop located just 200 m from the hotel. The airport is 30 km from the north of Tenerife and 115 km from the south of Tenerife.

Facility

92 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms.     Having had 12 visits this hotel has no gold taps 5 star facilities but it has history properly the most enchanting ground floor of climbing plants old fashioned furniture etc opposite the church...

    Awful hotel, yes it is old and we knew that but the photos that they show are nothing like the rooms. The pool is full of crusty bits from Paint. Shower is tiny and mouldy. I left this hotel feeling...

    Return visit, very enjoyable time. Hotel as before, staff pleasant and helpful, ideal position, Breakfast very good and Hotel good value for money, will be returning in January. Thank you

    Hotels are cheaper in Puerto because they are older, but don't let that put you off this utterly charming hotel. It's run well, spotlessly clean, sure it looks dated but it's one of the oldest hotels...
