Located in the quiet town of La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel is 1 km from the saltwater pools of Lake Martianez. The complex was modernised in 2025. The hotel has 384 rooms, including 21 single rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Various wellness options, such as a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.
Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (a buffet and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
