This apartment complex is situated in the resort area of Puerto de la Cruz, only a few paces from the lava sand beach of Playa Jardin and a few minutes from the town and tourist centre. 1-star, it was cheap
I would say this hotel is maximum 1 star. Only star comes for OK location, quite near at center of PDC but everything else is just not good. BUT this is what you get for cheap prices.Everything is out of date and we were just pleasant to get out of room. Next…

Great hotel
Been twice to this hotel basic but situated just right location. It has a small pool which was kept to a high standard never to busy and plenty of free sun loungers.

Run Down and not as advertised
Wouldn't stay at this property again in it's current condition as in my opinion it requires a lot of upgrading, While I understand that the property is old it doesn't excuse the company from false advertising, there was no air con, fitness centre, pool or bar…

Worst experience ever.
Omg worst holiday ever, this place is run down, no pool which was advertised as heated. A real pothole, avoid at all costs. Room was like a prison cell just absolutely awful , DO NOT STAY cannot emphasis this enough worst hotel ever but staff nice
