Alex and Pere on Reception understand customer service and look after their guests.The hotel is very central meaning you don't have to use Sitges Taxis which are lacking in availability.Stayed 18 days.Cleaning good.Roof top pool service good Gym serviceable but used Municipal gym mainly. Disappointing room – well below expected Meliá standard
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but unfortunately the room itself was extremely disappointing, particularly considering the price and the fact this is part of the Meliá Collection.There were numerous maintenance issues: wallpaper coming away from the walls, leaking shower and taps, water dripping from the air conditioning, dirty vents and floors, damaged/worn furniture, lights… Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but unfortunately the room itself was extremely disappointing, particularly considering the price and the fact this is part of the Meliá Collection.There were numerous maintenance issues: wallpaper coming aw…
