1. Failed to offer 4 star quality or service 2. Worst breakfast ever, - hot food was tepid other food frozen3. . Rooms are basic. Clean but housekeeping not restock properly daily (we gave up and bought bought toilet paper, tea, coffee, milk & sugar from the supermarket. 4. No atmosphere, not typical for Sitges Hotel. 5. Overall a very average stay. The pro’s:1. Location - great location beach front 2. The pool rooftop - nice pool and loungers 3. Nice staff The Con’s:1. Worst breakfast ever. The hot food was not hot. Barely lukewarm 2. No bar at all in the hotel other than one which belongs to the restaurant and you need to eat there 3. Rooms are quite basic. Clean however. 4. We stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the staff. They are a credit to the hotel, always going above and beyond for guests. From the stars on the front desk to the wonderful blonde lady working at breakfast they made our stay wonderful. If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. We stayed for three nights in June, and all I can say is wow! This hotel is absolutely perfect. It's right on the beach, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet, even though it's in the heart of Sitges.The rooms are spotlessly clean and offer the most beautiful views. The rooftop pool is amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay.Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in… We stayed for three nights in June, and all I can say is wow! One of the best places at the Spain coast ! The location is everything! We stayed on March 16 Th for three nights and our room with balcony (103) was really AMZING , much more that we expected. When you open the door you can see the Mediterranean Sea at first sight! The room have a balcony facing the sea , we have view also from the bed ! The location is perfect lot of restaurants beside the hotel… One of the best places at the Spain coast ! The location is everything!
