The hotel description bears no resemblance to reality. The outside window faces something resembling a ventilation shaft. You can hear noises from the bathroom inside the room! You can turn on the loud air conditioning; otherwise, it gets hot and stuffy. The staff's politeness seems forced. One wonders who gave it such high ratings. First time in Sitges and loved it. Hotel was central, lots of really good restaurants close by. Staff very friendly. Everywhere so clean. Room was compact but with lots of good storage, full hanging space in wardrobe with shelves. Fridge, kettle, free safe. Air con excellent. Great walk in shower with grab rail, decent towels. Beautiful hotel with cheerful staff. Plenty of smiles makes it even more relaxing. Spotless clean room and very comfy triple bed. Air conditioned room was a luxury. Great modern working shower.
