Be very careful when booking this hotel online. I asked to change my reservation and it was changed but they billed me for both stays. They are very difficult to deal with. They have refused me a refund. They have offered a voucher but I don’t want to go back to that hotel as the guest relations staff are terrible. I asked if they could give me a voucher for another Melia hotel and they refused. I… Be very careful when booking this hotel online. I have had a terrible experience with this hotel regarding my booking dates and I was overcharged by 2 days. Their guest experience manager is now not responding to my request to discuss this issue. There are a variety of emails to contact on so it is impossible to keep track of who you are talking to. Amazing hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. Location minutes from the ski lifts.
