I have had a terrible experience with this hotel regarding my booking dates and I was overcharged by 2 days. Their guest experience manager is now not responding to my request to discuss this issue. There are a variety of emails to contact on so it is impossible to keep track of who you are talking to. Do not book this hotel online and if you do want to go, make sure you have direct contact with someone who can ensure your booking is correct.

Wonderful stay at Sierra Nevada

Amazing hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. Location minutes from the ski lifts. Rooms spotless, we stayed in room 724 a large suite with amenities, Nespresso coffee machine and mini bar of which were water, soft drinks and Beer. Also the level rooms have a lovely lounge well stocked with drinks and food especially between 6-8pm lovely delicious hot and cold tapas dishes. A delightful view of the mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and also the à la carte very nice. Looking forward to booking again. Great locations, very comfortable hotel . Delphi and Maria in Alma restaurant looked after us very well and were very pleasant. We had a wonderful time a group of 8 celebrating a birthday and would love to go back again. Poor customer care.

Ruined by an obstructive receptionist who accused his own company of operating illegally. The hotel and spa is very good but over priced. Customer care poor.
