  VERY UNHAPPY with customer treatment in the face of dangerous weather conditions

  We made a reservation for a group of friends, and at no time were we offered the option of hiring a refundable fare, something we see as essential.Our trip was planned right during the passage of Leonardo blizzard through the Sierra Nevada, a storm that has caused extreme precipitation (almost 200 liters accumulated), snow between 100 and 280 cm, maximum risk of avalanches —with several avalanches recorded — and wind gusts up to 90 km/h, which left the area on red notice and with part of the facilities impracticable. In addition, the storm has been so exceptional that mass evacuations have occurred throughout Andalusia, with thousands of people evicted by floods and overflows, demonstrating the real gravity of the situation. Despite this very dangerous scenario, we were denied any kind of partial refund or even a change of dates. We found it unsafe to go to the station.Finally, the phone treatment we received was totally inappropriate: nasty answers, mocking edge tone and misplaced comments.I wouldn't choose it again, let alone recommend it.   Shameful treatment and zero empathy.With official red alert preventing travel, we only ask for change of date, not return. His answer: ignore us and refuse any solution.Neither professionalism nor humanity. Once they charge, the customer doesn't matter.We do not recommend it at all.   AVOID! FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!

  Summary:1. Fraudulent use of my card2. Non-existent accommodation First, DO NOT give these people your card details. I had to cancel my card due to SKI SABICA aka Apartamentos Sabica taking multiple payments from my card without authorisation. It's been an absolute nightmare!I made the huge mistake of booking 'accommodation' with this 'company' only to find on the day of arrival, it didn't exist. I phoned the number on the booking confirmation and they denied any knowledge of my booking, payment and even the name of the accommodation.Long story short, car full of children, I had to book and pay for alternative accommodation at a near by hotel to salvage our short trip to Sierra Nevada.To make matters worse, not only could I not get a refund, but they charged me twice. I successfully won a chargeback through my card company only to find several months later they've taken the money again!Honestly, AVOID AVOID AVOID - unless you're happy for card details to be in the hands of scammers and to experience to utter disappointment and stress to travel hours to accommodation that doesn't exist.Disgusting individuals behind this scam.
