  We arrived on Sunday and the guy at the front desk told us they were going to clean the access to the apartment on Monday. On Monday we had to call because no one had come and they told us they were coming, no one came. Snow has frozen and access to the street is impossible because we are at the height of a second floor.   There are no hangers to hang the coats, only a tiny cupboard... the sofa bed impossible to rest, the single beds if they were okay, for the place where it is and as it is the price is expensive, the parking you have to pay at 15€ a day, the toaster was broken the tiny fridge also... the bedspreads burned by the stoves...   Following an issue with our apartment the staff could not be more helpful putting it right.Even though it was very late, the receptionist went out of his way to make my wife and I feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.   It was a last minute booking so there was not a lot of options or second thoughts.The apartment was ok. Not a 3 or 4 star hotel but ok. In the sleeping area the worst was the blanket (old and seemed not washed) the bed was ok and of course clean clothes.The kitchen was small and lacking a lot of tools to cook, nevertheless managed to cook 3 times there.The bathroom is lacking a towel for the floor… Read moreIt was a last minute booking so there was not a lot of options or second thoughts.The apartment was ok.   A basic apartment but plenty of space for 4 adults. It's very central and an easy walk into the centre of town in both day and night. There's also a bus stop outside if you don't want to walk down the steps. Ski lifts nearby too. Only problem was it was a little short of hot water.
