We only used the restaurant. It was a special celebration with my family. The food was very average, Cochinillo tough, judiones tasteless. One rude waitress who assured me she was "not to going to rob my plate" (?), when I tried to finish my food. If you want to feel as though you stepped into a Bond Lair - this is the hotel for you! Stunning views and 1960/70 Bond architecture. If you want flexibility and common sense steer clear. This hotel is in a spectacular location with commanding views of Segovia. However, there is a reason that it is not number one here on TripAdvisor. There is a lot of room for improvement. On two occasions we were stranded without transport. Each time, I telephoned the hotel who told me they could not help and gave me the number of a taxi company. This is a purpose built Parador and not an ancient building. Beautifully located on a hill overlooking the City of Segovia and the Aquaduct in the distance.Large hotel with conference facilities with lots of free parking.The are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a gym.Lovely restaurant overlooking the City.
