This a lovely place, a well converted old building, now a luxury hotel. Our room was huge and clean and comfortable. The onsite restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast as was the bar/cafe. The staff were lovely and helpful and the Parador is very close to the palace and gardens. The onsite spa is nice but the sauna felt crowded. We stayed at this property for a wedding and were given the wrong room upon arrival. The room we received was nowhere near what we paid for, and management refused to accommodate us with a comparable room or issue any kind of refund. The Parador is located near the Royal Palace, the hotel building being rather unspectacular. The reception cannot easily be found if you come from the free public parking lot, as it is not well signposted.The staff was helpful and happy to provide information.
