Aging rooms, but super convenient and great people
Hotel is in ideal position by the main Aqueduct square that leads to the historic center. Their own underground parking is ideal and convenient. I have super appreciated the kindness and professionalism of all staff, from the check in to breakfast servers. Special congrats to these, I have never before seen such accurate cleaning of breakfast tables inbetween guests. Nice view, good location
The location and view from our room of the Acueducto was excellent, everything we wished to visit was walkable. We had a large room with a large comfortable bed and all the amenities that you would expect. It has secure underground parking which was useful for us. Great Views and Location
This is a nice hotel for that location. It's very close to everything. We walked everywhere and didn't use the car. The hotel did not provide soap, but I am not sure if that is customary in Spain. The there was a bidet in the bathroom that was pretty convenient. I feel that the price was decent for the prime location. The hotel is well situated if arriving on public transport with the bus stop to the historic centre outside the hotel – because the hotel is at the base of the historic centre. Reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable and with a view of the aqueduct. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and quality products. Fantastic location with our room overlooking the Acueducto with jaw dropping views, the staff at this hotel are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us, we were unhappy with room 410 as all you could hear was the lift so we moved to 217 and it was a much quieter situation.
