Travelled here end of September, had read the reviews, some saying very good others saying awful. Unfortunately the awful reviews were right. Fights, unruly behaviour the norm, kids unsupervised, left to run wild. This hotel is lovely for what you pay for. pool area is nice, snacks, drinks and food are nice and a good selection of it. Entertainment team are amazing and always try their best. Great family friendly hotel located in Salou, Spain, The beach and main strip is about a 15 minute walk. The staff are absolutely brilliant so friendly bringing a welcoming atmosphere.
