We paid £248 for three nights room only, including flights from the UK and transfers... needless to say we weren't expecting the ritz. Here on holiday right now amazing experience. Staff are so warm and welcoming and go out there way to make our holiday special. Very friendly clean and attentive. Good stay but policy let it down

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel. The staff make this hotel without exception every single member was helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and were very well sound proofed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean. Check in ok . Clean rooms slightly dated but excellent shower and comfortable beds . Wi-fi extremely poor in all areas of hotel had to keep logging back in . Unable to watch Netflix . Food was nice but tended to be cold . Found some of the restaurant staff not very friendly.
