Worst place in Cambrills
Upon arrival it took 2 people to check us in, we were then directed to a back part of the hotel to a lift to enter our floor which felt back ally! To a room which was below 3 stars! Soap for hair and body under the same dispenser, no hair Combe or shower cap, no wrapped hand soap, no tooth brush, no iron literally nothing! Room was decent,comfortable bed,good air conditioning. Food in restaurant was not very appealing,coffee from push button machines horrendous. WiFi was atrocious. Due to COVID,we were sent to another hotel for dinner,Ollimar II,food here barely passable also. We were under the impression and were sold the idea that this holiday would be very suited for our age range and that the place and the hotel had everything that we needed. Wrong. One of the receptionists was so rude and ignorant, she also didn’t speak a word of English.
