Sadly , I would not recommend this hotel There was terrible mould in the bedroom which is not acceptable. Would not stay here unless every other hotel was fully booked
Stayed at this hotel for a week half board, the rooms were okay although in need of some touching up in places and some tiles in the bathroom and balcony need replaced. I'd say about 90% of the staff we encountered were the rudest and most unwelcoming we have come across. Location was brilliant, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and just a short (free) shuttle from the hotel to portaventura. I went to this hotel in June for the second time. I preferred the fact that the booking system for meals had been removed as this gave us more leeway in what time we wanted to eat. The rooms were spotless and modern. The reception staff were helpful. My wife and I went here for our anniversary and was met with rude, aggressive and totally unprofessional reception staff especially a woman and the manager.
