We enjoyed the lovely unusual hotel, well-appointed room, history and food experience for 2 days while visiting Tarragona. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the walk-in shower accessible. Our room was on the ground floor near the main building and had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed relaxing and chatting. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and very restful. Great overall experience, amazing facility, great food. However, there are some things I wouldn't expect from a hotel this level. I had a very bad night of sleep, as there was noise from 6 AM. I think they were working on the wedding that had taken place the night before, so there was a constant noise of some kind of motor. We stayed for one night at the hotel, en route to Valencia, in a suite plus, as well as having dinner.We chose La Boella as it was about the right distance in the journey for us, and it is just 2 minutes from the AP7 road.
