  Location good rooms very nice. The only bar is the pool bar and is never open. Which it does say it isnt open from 1st October but I thought there would have been somewhere we could get a coffee. You just get 1 lot of coffee in your room no top ups. The spar facilities aren't great and the jacuzzi smelled and was dirty they dont clean the sunbeds around the pool.   Unprofessional & Disgusting reception staff behaviour !!

  URGENT COMPLAINT! We are currently on our FIRST night at your hotel, and the experience has been absolutely appalling. Our air conditioning doesn’t work, and after going to reception FIVE times asking for help, your receptionist SHOUTED IN MY FACE, shoved a fan towards me and refused to help.   I have stayed at this hotel previously (around 13 years ago) and it's still as good. The rooms have been updated since, but not much else. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a separate toilet and huge walk-in shower. We had a nice private balcony overlooking a quiet side street.   2nd time here, check in was easy, Alex on the desk was very polite and welcoming, we were put in room 103, which is directly above reception, however, there was no noise issues, breakfast was included, breakfast is limited, but there is something for everyone.
