Really enjoyed the holiday Staff very pleasant and helpful, this is a Spanish group of hotels and not all staff speak English tho you can easily communicate 100 yards from beach, water spring along beach - very niceRooms spacious. Oh what a shame we stayed here in may and decided that as it was so good we would return on our way home this october. I was not aware that we would be staying the penultimate date of closing for winter.Booked and paid in advance for diner buffet 15 euros each an absolute disaster limp lifwless lettuce soft tomatoes poor service stale bread a few un aperite chicken wings a few potatoes regular col… Oh what a shame we stayed here in may and decided that as it was so good we would return on our way home this october. Pros - Very spacious and clean rooms. Modern decor. Hotel pools were quiet, no sunbed wars. Staff polite and helpful. Towels and bedding replaced regularly. Well what can i say after booking this holel and reading the reviews after i booked i was worried ! The rooms were very clean the food was nice ! The restraunt staff very helpful as for the pool bar staff very rude and made you feel like you are something the trod in !! Maybe get new staff or learn them some manners !
