Unbelievable service - easyJet put us up here for one night when our flight was cancelled. The staff bent over backwards for us, told us where to find good food, served us at the bar well after it closed, gave us free bottles of water. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. A first class Hotel. Very efficient and friendly staff. Immaculately clean throughout. Bedrooms had everything you would need with your own Terrace. Breakfast was truly amazing. Friendly hotel, modern amenities. Quite clean. Good breakfast, they also have a garage. Even if the hotel is was not full, I got a room next to the elevator…, hence some noises that I did not like. Lovely hotel in pedestrianised centre of town with large, welcoming foyer. Excellent room and very comfortable room. BUT we had a van that would not go in the small underground car park. Smart central hotel in Vila-Seca with friendly service and good wifi. The bed is comfortable and the rooms reasonably spacious but lacking in a desk to work at and the sink is not very practical.
