This was are 3rd time at the Las Vegas and a have to say it again we have had a great time its less than 5 mins walk to the beach & bars great choice of food meat and fish ,veg,salad and fruit. But its the staff that make this hotel stand out from the cleaning staff to the reception staff it the attenion to detail the cleanliness is outstanding ,credit has to go to the bar an waiting on staff… This was are 3rd time at the Las Vegas and a have to say it again we have had a great time its less than 5 mins walk to the beach & bars great choice of food meat and fish ,veg,salad and fruit. As I'm sitting in the lobby waiting for 9 hours for pickup to leave was not informed about a late check out upon arrival... reception staff are rude and obnoxious we broke the zip on suitcase rushing to pack .....food is horrendous it lacks flavour and supply......this is second time here this year we were here in may and experience was soooo different....won't be coming back again CALIDAD HOTE… As I'm sitting in the lobby waiting for 9 hours for pickup to leave was not informed about a late check out upon arrival... reception staff are rude and obnoxious we broke the zip on suitcase rushing to pack .....food is horrendous it lacks flavour and supply.…

Good points:- Clean and comfortable guest rooms with fridge and secure safe.- Lots of communal areas and three pools plus a gym.
