Awful staff especially the security!
First day we arrived we had an argument with the bar staff! We ordered drinks and you had to pay €1 for a glass which you would get back one the glass is returned they didn’t tell you you had to keep the receipts my sister ordered 6 drinks and when we went back they asked for the receipt and wouldn’t give her the €6 back (we would give good tips but I think they do that and pocket the money for th… First day we arrived we had an argument with the bar staff! Hotel el paso wouldn't waste my time
First day We got to our hotel was I nightmare we could check in until 3pm..we got there between 11/11.30am, still in our travel clothes couldn't get our shorts or swimwear for the swimming pool, wasn't sure of are sorounding, just got told they text us with a time when the room is ready, they put on the wroug colour wrise bands on us. RUDE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now, I stayed twice in my teens many years ago and last week with my own children. I remembered it being great for visiting port avantura and remembered it was very family friendly.. well not anymore. Never a 4 star in any world! Check in was frosty, room is beyond basic (shower goes in every direction but down, no facilities for drinks, at least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean), food options even more minimal. I know the hotel is mainly for you to go and use the theme parks but when it is only open 10 to 6 there needs to be both restaurants open at the hotel.
