To avoid! Despite specifically requesting that housekeeping staff not enter our rooms, they entered anyway. After leaving the hotel and returning to our home country, I discovered that several personal belongings had disappeared from my suitcase.What is particularly concerning is that this seemed to be done very selectively. Disappointing. The room and the common areas were very dirty. We found things from the previous guests, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet was broken and the plugs were hanging from the wall. We stayed in the Dominican area in room 0417 - Room was very basic. No lights on the balcony. Constantly getting bit.Atmosphere wasnt great hardly no staff understood English which is poor. My daughter went to the mini disco every night and it was just her no other children were there, they just went to go into the room and turned round and left. Honest review. I would worried after seeing the bad reviews but I thought surely it’s not that bad. I was wrong. The rooms are very dated stains on the sheets although the beds are comfortable the room was cleaned daily fresh towels and floors swept and moped. Lots of ants in our room and I have been bitten to death about 20 times! Food times were a nightmare so busy, rude people that just shove y… Honest review.
