Where shall I start this was just horrible. We booked a King w/a jetted tub in the room. The tub did not work, when we reported to front desk he acted shocked and would have it checked out. He then came to the room apologized and said all the tubs leak and had to disconnect them. He said he would only charge for a regular King room, a complimentary breakfast and a voucher for a free night and any… Where shall I start this was just horrible.
