Amazing Hotel & Holiday at the Golden Avenida

We had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Avenida for a weeks’ holiday in early September with our 12 yr. old son and 9 yr. old nephew. This was our second year in a row returning here and we would not hesitate to recommend or come back again in the future. Not a 4* hotel…. I have stayed in 3* better than this hotel.The rooms are a great size, but areas were shabby looking.We payed 4* prices and the higher end of a 4* price because the reviews were good.Unfortunately I would not return to this hotel even if I got it £1,000 cheaper than what I paid. Don’t be fooled into booking here because of the good reviews. Book it if you get a good price to stay… Not a 4* hotel…. Hotel is run down .room was never clean towels are old grey and dirty.staff have no time for you tall yound guy at pool very rude . outdoor chairs in restaurant hard dipped in middle .tables old chipped. Excellent hotel, from warm welcoming staff.
