I dont get why there have been so many bad reviews... We went as a group of 4 friends for 5 nights all inclusive. Service from staff was great, the food was good plenty of choice and always something to eat even if you dont like it all. Service from 3 bars was good and the upstairs bar had snacks like pastries and sanwhiches available all day. The hotel facilities are lovely, and the room was a great size with plenty of space! I’m sure we were in room 537.Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing. There wasn’t a huge amount of choice, and the standard wasn’t great either. We also found some of the staff to be quite rude and unhappy, which did impact the experience. If you like edible food do not go to this hotel the food was a joke everything that should be hot was not the food wasn't labelled and when staff were asked what the food was they didn't have a clue the food was also frequently covered with flies ?? Excellent location just off the stripe and near the beach. We stayed in room 535Room was cleaned everyday and bedding changed once during the week.Fresh towels where supplied everyday.There is a problem with a bad smell in the bathroom and I got biten by mosquitos in there.
