Absolutely fantastic. Come here twice a yr.
Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Close to the beach, bus stop outside hotel and goes either way. Its a nice quiet place, very clean and also close to other areas such as airport, portaventura and also great night life.Staff vet polite, friendly.Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Suspected bed bugs, a sleepless night and a deeply distressing experience
I stayed at Best Cambrils Hotel from 26 September to 3 October 2026 with my adult son. This was supposed to be a special holiday to celebrate his birthday. Short holiday break
For anyone with mobility issues or visual, most definitely very disappointing, had requested walk in shower 2 weeks prior to arrival not available when asked on arrival ,asked for bath mat not available given towels to put on bath floor, no hand rails on wall in bath. Room not serviced on daily basis. Really horrible hotel
So I came on the 28th of September 2026 and we didn't get any food on the first day and even tho we paid as well. Then we found out there was mold on the pillows. After that the food was cold. The noise level was really bad and they were scraping chairs and the walls aren't sound proof at all. The noise was making it hard to sleep and there wasn't much entertainment to be honest.
