We have had a great weeks stay at the hotel.food great staff a pleasure to deal with very helpful.i have a disabled daughter aged 50 and the room i paid for was really big for her to move about. Disappointing Experience and Poor Handling of a Serious Complaint

I stayed at H10 Salou Princess from 3 to 11 September 2026, in Room 120, and unfortunately my experience has been seriously disappointing.During my stay, my medication went missing. When I reported this to the hotel, I was repeatedly told that I had simply misplaced it. First time at the princess and it wont be our last. Lovely hotel, even though we paid for a superior room with pool view but the pool view we got was the pool of the apartments behind the hotel!!!! Room was a good size and cleaned everyday. No problems getting beds at the pool. The pool bar was good. Alfredo and the team were so lovely. Our only gripe was the food and size of dining room. What an fantastic hotel this is, so much that we returned and was our 2nd stay. Again, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and check in was quick and easy.
