I would like to show our appreciation to Ms Thea and her team at the executive club lounge on the 21st floor. Ms Thea is efficient and friendly.Ms Lucille is both friendly and attentive to our needs. She is ever ready with a smile and a friendly chit chat. We stayed as a group of friends with 3 rooms under one booking. Took 25 minutes to check which meant a delay to the club lounge for the limited drinks and food. The club breakfast was disappointing with no option to get an alternative milk coffee. Bed comfortable with block out blinds however USB ports beside bed did not work had to charge items on the floor.
