Sorry to say not to our 4 star standard. On approaching the hotel, which looked impressive we were received by very courteous reception staff. From then on things became very disappointing. To start with we must have been given the worst room in the hotel (122) as the noise throughout the day and night was horrendous due to the tipping of empty bottles into a skip right by our window. Early days yet. But our first impressions, it's ok BUT there is an issue with watering the wine down. We had 2 wines in the bar before our meal. It was just about. drinkable. Then we went for our meal and had the same wine unopened and it was fine. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take the wine up to your room or bar. I’ll start with I’m not one of these people that expects the world for nothing. The location is pretty good, your 2 minutes from the strip and general local shops for next to anything u will need and your opposite the beach.The atmosphere was very flat from the staff, who always looked miserable and moody except for Adrian & Ian ????.
