Perfect location
From start to finish, great staff, very informative, professional and friendly. We spent two nights here, perfect location, within easy walking distance of the old quarter (like a 4 minute walk!)Room was big, very comfortable bed. Everything was great. Great location in the centre within walking distance of main attractions, including Plaza Mayor. Convenient parking location ( under the hotel) unfortunately it’s quite small and difficult to manoeuvre larger cars so be careful of this. Staff really friendly and helpful . Very neat hotel situated perfectly for visiting the old town. Very clean, well appointed and spacious room and delicious fresh breakfast, with wide choice of food. We stayed in a superior room (303).Large room with fridge, 2 club armchairs and large comfy bed.Plenty of storage and a room safe.On 3rd floor opposite market entrance so you may hear some deliveries 0700 onwards but didn't disturb us-windows are double glazed. Lift.Great location. Underground parking. The spaces are large enough as long as you don't rush it.
