Stayed here on a drive from UK to Portugal. Thank goodness for underground car parking and air-con as it was mid-thirties when I arrived. The hotel is obviously "of an age" but still pleasant surroundings and I had a nice view across to the city and its cathedral.Stayed here on a drive from UK to Portugal. A pleasant, well organised hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Check in was a breeze & multi lingual. Good, pleasant bar area and a fabulous resteraunt. The food quality is exceptional. The hotel also has a cafe & a lovely outdoor area. Check out the hotel website. Parking is available & I was able to park outside opposite the hotel mid evening.A pleasant, well organised hotel. WE had a stop-over on our return trip from Germany, before to go back to Portugal.We choose this hotel v«because it is also not the forst time we are staying in this hotel. The hotel staff is uiper friendly, they have nice rooms, you get a superbe breakfast, every place in the hotel is very clean, and you have an underground parking, it is not free but realy worth to stay inside.
