Very unfriendly hotel with pointless opening hours for the sauna/wellness centre
The reception was disastrous.We arrived at 6 p.m. and were told that we had to go straight to the sauna because we would be kicked out at 7:15 p.m. We booked a room with sauna/wellness included.Nowhere was it mentioned in advance that the sauna/wellness centre closes at 7:30 p.m. and that you have to be out 15 minutes before that. Overnight stay impacted by rude staff member serving us.
Our stay was only for one night and other than the highlighted issue, this hotel was very nice, with a lovely pool and a nice vibe, however our evening as a group was somewhat hindered by the service we experienced when waiting for our food, as well as ordering. Stayed at this hotel for a group booking , but they didn’t really seem to want a group there. The hotel advertise a fast internet / WiFi - it was actually very intermittent and poor and I ended up having to use my own data at a cost, very strange for a hotel in Europe, and certainly not what they advertised.
