Uncomfortable bed. Springs could be felt. Large rooms. Room clean. No extra amenities. Desk staff great. Gave me a toothbrush. I would definitely pick somewhere else. Avoid this hotel tired needs extensive improvement

Stayed here for one night, due to our river cruise itinerary being changed due to river being to high. No way is this a 4 star hotel, 2 at best and that is being generous! It is a circa 1960's hotel which needs hugh investment to bring it into the 2lst century. The temperature in the room was over 30 degrees in April, kept waking up to put the aircon on to reduce it. The food was terrible, as was… Stayed here for one night, due to our river cruise itinerary being changed due to river being to high. No way is this a 4 star hotel, 2 at best and that is being generous! It is a circa 1960's hotel which needs hugh investment to bring it into the 2lst century…

Only stayed for one night as part of a tour group. It has character, with a lovely room and balcony. Sadly the nice looking pool was shut (it's winter in September!). Dinner was a little strange - huge lasagne as starter (very nice), pork with whole baked apples (also nice if a bit off), then a bowl of custard. No choice, presumably as we were a group. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, though… Only stayed for one night as part of a tour group. It has character, with a lovely room and balcony. The hotel is not located in Zamora, but in the surroundings. There is a bus service at the door to the city, but we didn't use it because we had a car.Parking is free and very large.There's practically nothing near.The building is very large, and the rooms are quite spacious. Unfortunately it had a strange smell, which we could not understand its origin. The decoration is similar to medieval times… The hotel is not located in Zamora, but in the surroundings. We wanted a nice place close to, but not too close, to the center of Salamanca... And our choice of the Regio hotel was perfect.
