This is a great hotel with a perfect location. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are good sized, and includes a kitchenette and a balcony. The breakfast is tasty and offer is good variety. The hotel is located one street off the harbor and his easy walking distance to the wharf, the shopping area, restaurants. Let’s start with the positives. Great location. Very easy to walk to many restaurants or attractions. Secure parking. Now for the negatives, about $20 for parking per day inside the basement parking garage. Everywhere we went in Victoria we had to pay for parking so I guess that may be the norm. This hotel was a nice surprise in a great location. They even had an outdoor pool and a large, well maintained hot tub. Breakfast was included and was adequate for our needs. I spent a lot of money to spend four nights here. I’m only on night one and they didn’t have the room stocked with all the amenities. Then in the middle of taking a shower and being fully lathered up the water was shut off. No warning. No phone call or text. So I got to sit with dried soap on my body for an hour before the water came back. Very uncomfortable. Not even one full night and so far not… I spent a lot of money to spend four nights here.
