Situated at the heart of the Pyrenees in the splendorous Valley of Arán, the hotel is presently the only luxury hotel at the ski station Baqueira Beret. The hotel lies 1,700 metres above sea level. Situated in the exclusive settlement of Tanau, the hotel features a chair lift to transfer skiers to the pistes. Links to the public transport can be found within 3 km of the hotel. Barcelona Airport is about 135 km from the hotel.

62 rooms, including 5 suites and 25 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Hilton Brand is our favorite brand hotel. Visiting Denton on a couple of occasions and styed at thishotel. First, the customer service was not that great. They charged the card for your room before you get there, even if you requested that you would pay at check-in. They say that it is standard but that is only because they are independently owned. The check out guy acted as though I was bothering him when I checked in. Got to my room, which was clean enough, but the poorly painted tub was flaking horribly. Got to bed only to have something on the exterior hit the wall all night as though some mechanical pieces were damaged. I tried ear plugs, but it only mildly helped. Picked location due to visiting in Denton. Everything was exceptional from Emilio taking care of us at checking to the great breakfast available. The beds are hard as a rock, My credit card was double billed and they only allowed CNN on the lobby TV. I asked the attendant at 3 a.m. (due to lack of sleep in the hard bed) if I could watch TV in the lobby. He turned on CNN and I asked if he could turn it to FOX news. His reply was that FOX wasn't allowed due to a brand standard.If this is the norm I will boycott Hilton brands going forward. Brand new - probably a full renovation, but the property was very nice, located in a quiet place with restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking, staff was courteous, rooms were comfortable.
