Good place to get to know the Galician coast.
Perfect stay. Located between two beaches. Moncalvo Beach is spectacular. Watching the sunset on the coastal path next to the hotel is worth it. The room does not have air conditioning, but it was not a problem. You sleep great with the balcony open and watching the sea. We will definitely return. The first impression is not good. Small room, no restaurant. That initial disappointment changes completely upon opening the terrace door. This was our 2nd stay here. It’s a hotel in a fabulous location, lots of good beaches very close by. Stunning views from our room. The staff are all very friendly and efficient (they even remembered us from 2016) lovely light and airy room with a good sized balcony with table and chairs. Cleaned every day, good breakfast. We stayed here for 11 nights and loved every minute of it. Despite our not great Spanish we had a smooth check in and the reception was very friendly all through our stay.The hotel is close to a stunning headland and overlooks Paxarinas and Montalvo beaches.We had a room on the third floor which was lovely and spacious and had a lovely balcony looking down onto Paxarinas beach and the road.
