Horrible experience. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was dark and unbearably warm, with no air conditioning. The only window overlooked the building’s internal shaft, so there was virtually no fresh air coming in.Although the weather outside in Vigo was pleasantly cool, the room remained dark, stuffy, and warm. Terrible experience – do NOT stay here!We couldn’t even get into the hotel to check in because it’s only staffed virtually. Someone in the lobby had to let us in. Check-in was through a kiosk with a remote attendant, which was fine, except she failed to mention that only Elevator B goes to the 6th floor.
