Nice hotel.Very comfortable bed.Beautiful swimming pool. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, but way too warm in the breakfast room, they need to turn on the a/c.In the evening we had a Caesar salad and a pizza which were both really good. But you should really advise clients it's a chicken ceasar, not a standard Caesar.Hallways rugs need to be cleaned or better yet, replaced! This hotel is some kms away from Ourense, so, a good location to stay if you have a car and want to stay in a more affordable hotel, outside the city. The room was great, spacious with a giant comfortable bed. The renovation done in the bathroom was quite nice too. The hotel was perfect for us as we were travelling around Northern Spain in our campervan and parking in Ourense isn't easy to find in the city and several hotels the parking was not on site and reviews said parking was tight for a car so we would have struggled with our van. I visited Ourense with my family for a competition, and we spent the night at this hotel before the race day. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and they accommodated all of our needs, since we wanted a bedroom for 3 people.
