This spa has gone into total decline, both in terms of gastronomy and staff. The food is of poor quality and the staff is very scarce: we have seen the same person go from one side to the other and have had to wait in the cafeteria for a good while because there was no one there. Hotel is basic, maybe visit for the treatments
Visited the hotel for one night to visit the Spa circuit. Overall, we were not impressed. The rooms are quite basic. Small bathroom with a standard size bed. The TV is about the size of a laptop screen. We had a room with a terrace that overlooked the river but also a strip of brown grass immediately in front of the balcony. Great treatments in a fantastic landscape !
I bought a 10 day health treatment in Caldaria Arnoia after a friend advice and it was the best I could do. I’m leaving tomorrow and I am very happy I choose this Spa.
